Breast question

This morning I have a pain inside my left breast which feels like a needle has been stuck in it. I asked DH to check and he can't feel anything but it was tender when he touched.

This breast is often playing me up but it has never been anything sinister.

Any ideas what it might be?

Can't get to a GP until next week at the earliest and TBH I don't feel it warrants that atm.

maybe the start of a blocked duct?

Try massaging the area towards the nipple. especially in the shower and when feeding.

I gave up BF 3 years ago so don't think it is that.

It is really tender at times.
