I'm sorry I can't answer this with any degree of sincerity but you do have my sympathies, my Dsis has IBS and is often unable to sit down for a while after going.

Find a big cushion, lie on your side drink loads of water and try and ignore the childish sniggers of other mnetters

I am sympathetic really, my Dsis really does suffer bless her

The bowel, vagina nad urethra are very closely connected - so if you are constipated or have a big hrad poo, it will press on your urethra as it comes out- can cause discomfort and bruising.

Do you know if you have a slight prolapse of your posterior vaginal wall? this could mean you rectum was pressing further down on other bits than is usual.

If it keeps happening go and see your GP who can examine you.
