Scoliosis

Are there any other mumsnetters out there with scoliosis?
I have a 2.8 yr old DD and although I didn't suffer during pregnancy, for the past 18 months I have found it hard to lift her and have sometimes quite severe back and hip pain.
I do pilates (tho not as much as I should!) and I have some exercises from the physio but I'm worried I won't be able to cope with another toddler if I can't find any pain relief. I'm not pregnant but would like another baby at some point. Any tips would be much appreciated.
Sorry for the long post!

Thanks x

do more pilates! it definitely helps. do you go to a class? you need to strengthen your 'core'. if you are sitting for longish periods of time you should use a rolled up towel or somesuch to support your lower back.

like you my back was fine during pregnancy but crappy afterwards. pilates helps ALOT and i try and keep active. good luck.
