Got piles towards the end of my pregnancy, but didn't really cause me much bother at the time, and everything I read said that they'd probably go away "soon afer delivery". However, ds now 6m and still got some - not bothering me in that they're not uncomfortable, but bothering me in an aesthetic kind of way, IYSWIM - anything I can get from the chemist to make them go away? Or seeing as they've been here this long am I stuck with them? Sorry, tried to keep it from getting graphic!
