I have small boobs and its getting me down how can I................

They were bigger before I had DD but decreased in size afterwards, they seem to be getting smaller and I feel really self consious. I would love to be able to fill a nice top iykwim.

can anyone recommend anything apart from getting pregnant again LOL.

I thought you didn't grow past puberty, unless your constantly pregnant, which I don't plan to be for a while

Why can you not have the coil fitted...sorry to ask dont answer if you dont want to.....sad for you then Muppetsmuggle ..I know how upsetting it is..I really really do.

Lovely bra fitter told me that the fullness in the top of your breasts does tend to go with pregnancy/breastfeeding.

I always wear a slightly padded bra to create the illusion of overall fullness and also lift them up to where they should be.

Does mean all the really pretty lacey numbers just don't work on me any more.

Do you have any good independent bra shops around you at all?

Thanks for that info Tracybath I always thought i had not looked after my boobs with good bras etc in pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. Although did not knwo what else I could have done..so that info has helped me. Thanks

might be a silly question, but does the coil hurt to put in?

well actually the breast tissue itself develops fully at lactation.... but its the dreaded " middle age spread that adds fullness and size to norks" - really just a posh way of saying norks are mostly fat and milk glands.the hormones in coil/pills ect encourage weight gain in some women and fuller norks is a side affect of this.so they dont really keep growing until 30, just most people's motabolism changes and they gain weight after then.

Ummm....could say it is a little bit uncomfortable but a bit like having a smear....plus a bit more. Not too bad but could not honestly say it was painless but it is over so quickly. If I was to have it put in again I would think if poss a glass of wine (or 2) before hand would be the answer [bgrin}

I can't have the coil as it never agreed with me before, and now I have problems with my cervix, so he refuses to let me have one fitted.

Tracey - never knew that. I'm in Portsmouth and tbh not many independant shops this way, esp as they are developing the northern quarter so a few shops are shutting.

M&S are selling those silicon enhancers reduced from £25 to £1 if you can find any. Might help? I got some cos I have no boobage either.

Hmm I don't like pain so not for me! By the way I also have small boobs, really winds me up! I quite like Debenhams for bras.

Never tried this myself: www.perfectcbreastenhancer.co.uk, am definitely not recommending it, and other herbal breast enhancers are available - I just remember reading about it somewhere.

You can also get hypnosis CDs - again have no idea if they work.

But Drlove I have not put on any weight...I do fluctuate by a few pounds if I have been too naughty over the weekend but other than that no weight gain as such...just very nice Norks. thing was i had the coil in when i was younger between DC3 and DC4 and I did have the same then. Also I was the same weight then about ( and a half stone) and am 5 foot 5 and a half (that half is so impt)..tee hee

but has your fat/muscle ratio changed? you could be exactly the same weight and have more fat and less muscle, hard to work out tbh!

Interesting about my fat to muscle ratio, no nothing about that bit as too diff to work out...but dont care really as my norks look a good bit better than before...mind you think my hips ma be bigger!!!!!!..but no real weight change....confused icon

DrLove I've always had a small frame 6-8-10. Have been mainly since having DD a size 6, not through starving myself after various tests it was discovered I have a high metabolism. Since meeting DP a about 2 years ago, I started putting weight on my GP is sooo happy about it says its because i'm happy and content in life, and I need to try and maintain this level of weight.

NT - I'm really tempted to try a herbal thing or cream.

is confusing. i did weight training a few years ago (pre twins) and lost whatever norks i had really, too much muscle. so i stopped, and they came back with a vengence! now am very norktastic , defo because i got more fat on me old bones(am over 30)lol

I was having trouble maintaining 8 stone am now 8stone7lbs (I think)

I'm putting weight on just on my ass and thighs

id go with the cream and get your dh to help apply it..... if it doesnt work then at least you'd get some fun out of it

true LOL - Hes got a low sex drive tho, which gives me some self image issues, he's never had a high sex drive even when we met tho.

well my lovely , forget the cream - get some blue pills instead!
