Just to pass on I am very pleased with this after taking it for one month only - (a concentrated brand)1000mg

My pmt was considerably better but most remarkable was no sore boobs whatsover when the month before (without starflower oil) I actually began to worry I was pg.

Wish I had stated taking it years ago.

am considering getting this -does it do anything for period pains

Oooh, good tip. Agnus Castus really helped my PMT moodiness. I went from hysterical paranoid serial-killer to merely vv grumpy bitch. A miracle!

Now I need to go and tell DH that he is an absolutely selfish arse who is undoubtedly shagging someone else as he has forgotten to buy me any this month.

im not moody just in pain

gonna get some star flower in the morning

I second the agnus castus - fab I prefer tincture form to tablets though.

candyfluff · 08/04/2009 21:44

how long do you have to take either of these to feel effects ?

Rumpel · 09/04/2009 10:25

Tinctures enter your system much more quickly than tablets but give it a good 6 weeks before you expect to feel a change:

I get mine from here very good quality stuff:
