Pulled off a mole!

I have a mole on my arm - not particularly big, but quite prominent. I don't remember when it happened, but I must have caught it on something as it has been bleeding slightly over hte last few days. Yesterday I pushed up the sleeves on a tight jumper and suddenly it started pouring with blood, and it is now only just attached by one corner. I don't know what to do? SHould I tie string round it and try to get it off completely or what?

I don't think theree was anything sinister with the mole, and I am pretty cautious about these things. Just weird really.

For now I've put a plaster on and I'm hoping ti will somehow 'stick' itself back on. Is that possible?

I think generally speaking you are not supposed to interfere with moles but I have certainly had moles get bumped and bleed or get a spot on them (boak) and be fine. Hopefully someone with a more medical point of view will picth up. But I think you have done the right thing. I don't think teh severed mole with reattach but it will just grow back...
