my bladder has been aching all day - but also my lower back (i.e. where my kidneys are) has been aching and getting worse and worse. It is still bareable with painkillers. I think I might a have a water infection. Though apart from feeling suddenly nauseaus (sp?) last night I have felt fine until this morning when it suddenly came on.

But drs (which I thought was open tomorrow) isn't open over weekend and my nearest walk in centre is about 5 miles away. There isn't any close hospitals and I have to rely on public transport.

Do i need to go see someone (probably walk in) over weekend or is it likely that I can wait till monday.

I'm a bit freaked out tbh. One side is now a lot worse than the other and just never had anything like this before. And no symptoms until today.

I had this a few months ago and I did need antibiotics.

But one thing you can try is to drink water, and lots of it, which will help to flush your system through.

I would see someone, kidney infections can turn nasty quickly, im not saying you have a Kidney infection or that it will turn bed but i have been hospitalised a fair few times for kidney infection and they are quite painfull, best to get it checked.

Thanks - I will drink lots tonight.

Probably better get myself to somewhere tomorrow - it'll set my mind at rest at least.

Is horrible - I feel shaky and weak as well (but that's probably a result of me freaking rather than being something wrong )
