Very light bleeding for several weeks

Just wondering what it could be and if it's worth a trip to the GP.
My baby is 4.5months old and I've not had any periods yet (bf) but it's certainly been going on for longer than any period I've ever had!

...yes go to Gp or practice nurse, might be hormones playing up, mild infection maybe.. is def. worth checking it out but not worth stressing over
