Or at least that's what the doctor told me is trapped hence the crippling pain I get running down my arm in the night!! She's carting me off to physio so cue the daft question:
What on earth are they going to do to me? Do I have to strip top half off (horror of horrors!!) Will they stop the pain, should I still take the painkillers?....Spot the fact I've never had physio and am slightly freaked over the possibility of some person trying to rip my arm out of my socket!
