Spots on 2 year old's back

I wonder if anyone can shed some light for me, my 2 year old ds has a row of 5 yellow pus filled spots going up his spine.

They don't seem to be irritating him, he is absolutely fine otherwise, I just wondered what it could be?

We have had chicken pox & I'm not pg, so I'm not concerned, just puzzled.

could it be molluscum contagiosum? my son had a few spots on his back for months. lots of info on the web and mumsnet about it.
