Hi all,
i've had a bad back on and off for years and saw a chiropractor a few years ago so know one.
I was just lifting up a big basket of washing (wrongly thinking about it, didn't bend at all) and my lower back just seized up, i can't move an inch back or forwards and it's a numby tingly feeling all over..........shall i see if the chiropractor does emergency appointmensts or see G.P???
