im due to have my tooth out on friday and .......

coz ive had an abscess under the tooth been on ab's since saturday ,im not sure the abscess would of cleared up by then ,will the dentist not do it? maybe he will give me some more anti biotics ?

by friday the antibiotics ought to have cleared it up, so it should be fine.
if there is any indication that the infection is still there they'll probably give you a stronger dose to try and get rid of it before the extraction

It will be very quick.
