For the past couple of days, 3yr old ds1 has been getting red patches on his face whenever he goes outdoors, and they clear up after a while when he comes back in. He's never had anything like this before, except for when he had exczema as a baby.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it? It happened at the park yesterday, in the garden today, and when we went shopping.
