Anyone ever tried a natural remedy, or 'flushed' them out?
Mine are asymptomatic atm (touchwood), but I've come across www.gallstonesite.com and various others, which supply either herbal remedies or a method of getting your body to expel them.
As I'm a coward I was hoping someone might have had experience of something like this.

I have seen the site and other like it.

I am too much of a coward as well. I feared that it might cause an agonising attack of biliary colic which is as bad as child birth I am told.

I would not do it. I just had the operation to remove the gall bladder instead.

I looked at this a few years ago, then wimped out just the thought bleurrrgh!!

However I had to go dairy free when breastfeeding dd1, and that really really seemed to help as I significantly reduced the amount of fat in my diet... touch wood no real problems since

Hmmm thanks. Of course the testimonials claim these remedies are fantastic - but I know my mum did a purge years ago and spent a hideous night as a result.
Not sure about the biliary colic but she was on the loo most of the night afair.
She did pass some stones though.
But this site claims their product breaks them up first and doesn't sound as drastic as a full-blown purge.
Don't think I'd try it without first hand recommendation.
