How to lower blood sugar?

Sorry am using phone so brief post. Is there a way of lowering blood sugar levels quickly??

insulin if you are diabetic

If they are already high? Apart from insulin, vigorous exercise can help, I believe. Eating a low GI diet with protein at every meal can help to stop them getting too high in the first place if you don't actually have full-blown diabetes. (Disclaimer: am not in any way medically qualified).

I think whole foods plant based diet is fastest way. Too much animal protein and fat isn’t good for it. Lots of people have reversed diabetes on the whole foods plant based diet. Type 2 that is.

Low carb is the way to go. Carbs = sugar, and many T2 diabetics have reversed their condition by going low carb.
