I am thinking of having my teeth whitened and was wondering if anyone could share their experiences with me. Has anyone had this carried out by their dentist? Roughly how much did it cost and was it worth it?

My dentist said it's expensive! £500+, then he'll have to replace my fillings as they will not match the new white teeth so it will cost more.
