.............karvol capsules on a tissue, sudafed, and even one of those Vicks thingys you stick up your nose. Nothing is shifting this cattarh, which in turn has given me a sore throat. My fibro has flared up, I've had no sleep and I want to sit in the corner and cry.
Any suggestions please on how to shift cattarh/stuffiness? I think I could cope with the fibro flare up if I didn't feel so bunged up and stuffy.

No dairy, drink lots of water to dilute it. Anti-histamines somtimes work, and Boots do a cattarh pastile to help clear it.

Hope you feel better soon.

oh no
what did you decide to do re the boys and going to bed last night?

Saltire · 08/03/2009 12:38

I went and lay on top of my bed about 7,a nd DS2 was downstairs watching Robin Hood and Ds1 was upstairs on PS2. Then at 8 I asked them both to get into bed and they did, put a DVD on. I hardly slept though, my Fibro was really bad, my whole body ached, so I had about 2/3 hours sleep.
It's still quite bad and so is my throat, but I can feel teh cattarh there, it just won't shift.
