Name changed for obvious reasons...

The last few weeks I have consistently had really large hard poos. Apart from not being a nice experience with a curious toddler accomapanying me all the time (at one point I had to go and set her up with ITNG for fear of her being traumatised - I was having labour flashbacks!) it's very uncomfortable and I'm going to give myself an aneurysm!

I can't think of anything that had changed that can have caused it. I'm very regular (at least once a day) eat plenty of fruit, wholewheat pasta and bread, brown rice. Does anyone know what it can be a symptom of and how I can rectify the problem?

Plums, prunes, figs and high fibre foods will help.

Thanks, I will try making sure I am drinking enough and if it continues I'll get some of the stool softener . I just can't think what I am doing differently though.
