I get really bad. Am due on atm, am constipated, but god the wind is awful.

Yep it's due to the extra oestrogen, it makes your tummy sensitive apparently.

I get an upset tummy the day my period arrives.

The hormone that makes the blood flow leeches through into your colon, making you want to poo more. So I guess if you don't need to poo, you fart instead?
