sickness and diarrhoea while pg - should i call the dr?

I am 13+5 and have been vomiting since last night and also have unpleasant watery diarrhoea. The stomach pains i had in the night have gone and i finally ( touch wood) seem to be tolerating small sips of water without bringing them back.
DH says i should call the dr for advice, i don't think i should as i'm pretty sure it'sthe bug that he ahd and has just affected me more becasue of being pg.

what would you do?

there is a risk of dehydration and that can potentially affect your baby

i would call your GP just to be on the safe side

sipping a drink sounds like the right thing to do as some fluid will be absorbed

thanks ruby. My GP just phoned me back, she said what you said. plenty of fluids, and as long as weeing, it's ok. baby is getting what it needs first, i get what is left!
