Please come and diagnose why I look like a lizard

I normally have big blue eyes which I am very proud of . Today, I look like I belong in the reptile house . My eyes are slanted and quite closed, completely bloodshot on the whites and the skin is read and dry with excema. My tear ducts on the top lids are 'sticking out'. I am on penicillin for tonsilitis if this could be the culprit?

I am very run down after sleeping on DS's floor and sleep training him for 10 nights. I am also 16 weeks pg. I haven't used any new make up/ products or washing powder etc.

I'm not wearing make up at the moment and look like a reptilian freak- help me!!

Drink more water - trite but it works

Yeah but will it work by the school run? . I must have drunk 8 pints yesterday due to the tonsilitis, couldn't drink more.
