NON breastfeeders, how long after having baby did your periods return?

I had baby 8 weeks ago and have had period cramps for 2-3 weeks now but no start.

Haven't started pill yet or anything.

6 weeks after my boys.

I stopped bf-ing at 6 wks with my first child - period came back at 10 wks. Only lasted 10 days bf-ing this time, and periods came back at 9 wks.

I only managed to BF for two weeks and had 1st period about 6 weeks

DS1 I didnt BF at all and it took 4 months for period to come back.
DS2 I BF for 1 week only and it took 5 months for period to come back.

i only had lochia for 2 weeks.

feel very bloated lol
