We both have the flu. I have 2 under 2 and they have both been ill for the past week and now I have it. I need round the clock relief!

Ring your pharmacy for a definate answer. You can definately take co-codamol when bfeeding but I'm not sure about the little one having calpol too. I would have thought it's ok as so little is transmitted in milk but ring to be sure. You definately can't take decongestants and I think ibuprofen is advised against.

You poor thing - have you got any help - will your other half be home later or tomorrow to give you a break?
