Having finished bf in december i started taking cerazette mini pill in january, i forgot it once but took it the next day, after 3 weeks i started to bleed. after 10 days i went to gp and he took me off cerazette as it was also giving me headaches and making me feel down.
he put me on femulen which i took for 10 years previously.
gp told me to wait for next real period then start taking femulen. but i read the packet when i got home and it said if you are swapping pills just take it straight away so i did.
the bleeding has continued, 22 days now and its constant, mostly its been light but the last day or so its heavier with clots. i did forget a pill at the weekend and took it the next day.
i know i need to remember to take it on time but haven't took the pill for over 3 years and its difficult.
do you think the bleeding is because i keep forgetting the pill?
i'm getting a bit worried now. today i have had some pain too.
