Pain in upper chest area

Has anyone any experience of this?

I've had this pain a couple of days, its in my upper right chest area, at the top of my boob.

Odd thing is that it also hurts to swallow liquid but not food. Its almost as if liquid can't get through but food can, weird huh?

Indigestion? Or any chance you've pulled a muscle?

I do suffer with indigestion occasionally but its nothing like this. Pulled muscle a possibility but its the being able to eat with ease and struggling to swallow thats strange.
