tbh, you sound a bit depressed to me. The way you are relating to your husband etc. That depression could be making you feel anxious and that anxiety making you feel ill.

Btw, I suffer from sinusitis, and for me it's a feeling of pressure in my head/face and my cheekbone and eye socket feels sore.

Cheeryface, stress can affect the sinuses as well, my mum also has probs more so when work is very busy and she is tired and stressed and a bit run down.

My DP would get pain in his head, above his eyebrows, made worse when you bend forward. Would also get pressure on the back of his neck.

When my mum has a bad bout you can tell by looking at her that her sinuses are playing up as she has a swollen area on her forehead, she would literally be bed bound with it, in absolute agony her face, head, neck etc

She also can never really blow her nose, it never runs.

Thanks Cheeryface - I'd had a glass of wine when I wrote it so I may have got a bit carried away but I'm glad you found it helpful.

I hope you're feeling better and not worrying so much today.
