Bleeding from my bottom - tmi

Help - I'm freaking out. I had a baby eleven days ago and and with my last two bowel movements there was blood on the paper when I wiped. There was no pain just a bit of discomfort, as has been the case since the birth. I had about ten stitches after the birth, but not as far as I know near my anus. I am having a panic attack and don't know how worried I should be.

How would I know if it's piles or not?

That's a genuine question btw, I've never had them as afar as I know, so how would I tell?

A little blood is generally OK, but I'd probably go to the GP if you've never had it before.

I dont think you will know if its piles without medical help, but from what you are saying there isnt much to worry about, it can last for about 2 weeks after childbirth and as long as the blood is only seen after wiping and you arent in any pain..see what its like tomorrow, you can buy cream over the counter x

I'd ring your GP on Monday morning. It's probably nothing but get it checked. They may just wait until your six week check, but do get in touch with them now.
