tis just the bug is all.

red or black would be more worrying. yellow is normal with bad diarrhoea IME.

if you are eating get in some bio live yoghurts. might help restore normality.

TMISoHaveNamechanged · 13/02/2009 15:04

have not had anything to eat yet, existing on sips of water, stopped being sick 10pm last night

bio yogs good idea when you are ready. Also remember BRAT - bananas, rice, apple sauce (can tell its an amercian acronym!) and toast.
Don't be too quick to reintroduce dairy (live yogs seem to be exempt) and reinitroduce food gently when you are ready - don't fret about forcing it too quickly as long as you are drinking enough.
hope you feel better soon.

Thank you all

I had forgotten about brat

I had this on Tuesday, bloody horrendous. I was on all fours in the bathroom chucking up. I'm almost 100% better, but it pains me to even think of that experience.

I am Tiredsville and certainly not ashamed to admit it was coming out both ends.

PussyNoMore · 13/02/2009 16:49

Actually, make that 80%, stomach still bloated and sore, but I can now scoff food again.
