flu - is this flu?

hi

i have not felt good for the last 2 days,
feel really really cold even with coat on shiver in all bones and mucles ache and have permanent. in the night felt really hot but don't feel hot today. i feel really tired sitting down but don't feel like i need to go to bed. went to bed early last night which is not me at all. do i have flu? do you need to have a temp all th time to have flu? is it contagious? thank you

If you had influenza proper you wouldn't be able to move from bed, I think.

Does sounds like a virus though - have you taken paracetamol?

sorry forgot to mention i have permant headache. yes taking paracetamol and ibruprofen, no difference.

sounds like what we all had in january ,its a virus
proper flu means you cant even get out of ben
