dont use perfumed products to wash with, use baby stuff or simple some good stuff, no bubble bath either helps alot x

You aren't meant to but I use the tablet and the pessary to get rid. You need to lay off sweet stuff, eat healthily - not too much fruit.

Most effective I have used is the canesten oral capsule (and cream to relieve the itching while the capsule works).

If you are pregnant then make sure you see your doctor before taking/using any treatments. The capsule is not safe in pg although the pessary is.

pinkyp's advice is great for stopping recurrence, plus your DH/DP, if you have one, should treat themselves to make sure they don't pass it back to you, men often have no symptoms at all.

Plain water in the bath - no soap, shampoo etc.
