Had a ds a little over a year ago by c-s and since then been having problems that I'd never had before. Ovulation pains, thrush after ovulation every month, very painful periods especially about three days before them. I will be wracked in agony, my stomach swells up to about the size of four months preg, I get a lot of wind and the cramps are unbelievable. I honestly thought I was in labour last month. Then the day before my period arrives, my stomach goes back to normal size.
Last month I went for a jog (my first after having ds) and I had a bit of mid-cycle bleeding when I went to the toilet after. This was enough for me to book my smear and it came back negative.
Obviously I've now booked an appt to see my gp but does anyone have any ideas what is causing this? I'm starting to think somehow the c-s has messed up my insides if that's possible and worried as dh and I were going to start ttc come the summer.
