I'm 44 and peri menopausal I suspect and mine have got worse the last year. I used to be bang on 28 days or so and only had to use regular tampons and my period lasted three days.

Now I'm every 24-25 days. Have to use super tampons and it lasts five or six days. I feel
Like I spend most of the month on my period. I know s lot of my lady friends worse than me though so I feel like I'm getting off lightly (unless this is the calm before the storm) 😤
