blocked sinuses - any ideas to unblock please

I haven't had a cold, just a day sneezing last week but ever since my nose has been blocked really high up in the sinus.

I have tried steam / eucalyptus oil and sudafed but it doesn't work - have never had this before so really not sure what to do but it is driving me mad, not being able to breathe properly or hence sleep!

Can anyone suggest anything to help?

buy a neti pot, they're fab.

Gallons of Olbas oil, and am using Beconase from GP while waiting for a referal.

Carbonel I was in the same boat as you, I was having dreams that I was buried then would wake up gasping for air! All because I was so blocked up.

Ended up at the docs for antibiotics, and they have worked.
