White spots on my nipples

Ok I was in the bath just now and I noticed I have these white pimple liked spots around my nipples. By the time I came out of the bath I was planning my funeral. Does anyone have any ideas what these could be? Thing is, I can't remember if I have only just noticed them and always had them or if they are a new feature I've never had before. Please help!

That is totally normal I think- at least I have just done a check and I seem to have them too,I also seem to remember they have a proper name....but can't remember it!

It's totally normal and very common.

They are common and normal, I have them, and to be honest, sometimes they are noticeable and sometimes not, which might be the case for you, and explains why you cant remember seeing them before.

I also got worried the first time I noticed them, but they have always been there, never got bigger, changed shape and do not hurt.

I have these too. They have never worried me, they are just like milk spots & I assumed they were normal.

I have looked up Montgomery's tubercules on the internet and as you say, they are normal. They seem to be often associated with pregnancy but seems you can have them without being pregnant. Thanks everyone for your answers

Montgomery's tubercles - they are there to provide lubrication when necessary.
