A few weeks ago, maybe more, I noticed a small round 'bruise' on my gum just below my teeth. I say bruise as that's what it looks like but it doesn;t hurt and I certainly don;t remember bumping myself here (and I would have remebered!) Now in the last few days it has formed into a lump, still doesn;t hurt. I booked a dentist appt. last week just to get it checkd out but it isn;t til the end of the motnh. Now I;m starting to worry, should I go to the gp's instead and get it checked out more quickly?
