why do my burps taste lik egg?

tis gross and I did eat egg yesterday but was in the morning

sounds like gastric acid. Take a couple of Rennie tablets.

Last time I had burps like that it was followed by norovirus, mind you I hadn't had egg the day before maybe it's just the remenents of yesterday's eggs?

Ds2 had this a few days ago. Also had farts and slight tummy ache. He was fine by the next day. Should add he hadn't eaten egg.

Ah the dreaded egg burps, i used to get these as a kid usually when i had eaten too much rich food, my sister got them recently

I think this is the sign of a stomach bug too, sorry. Yesterday morning my ds2 18m had this, he then had diareaah and terrible wind all day (you know what I mean, can't spell that word). Then at lunch time I got them, swiftly followed by stomach cramps and I spent all of last night throwing up! We are both better today though, just a bit weak and poorly, so I think it was one of those 24 hr bugs.

I have had the eggy burp thing a few times in the past and it has always been a sign of some sort of problem about to occur at either or possibly both ends! Hope it's just a mild case for you ....

well I was pooing water (tmi) at 1 am ish thios morning whilst gecko was puking so we must have had it the same time but with different symptoms

felt rough this morning, wind, bloatingm sicky feeling....and the eggy burps

but now they have gone and I feel better
