HI I have a bad headache today (had it since last night) and while in bed yeasterday I had this tingling and numbness down my left arm and I am getting it now. Does anyone know what it can be? I thought I was going to have a heart attack in the night (I AM 27) and was so scared but I am also scared to go doctors. I take the contraceptive pill the one beginging with M? soz if this is long and I sound thick.

If you think it is get to the doc quick smart, they can give you aciclovar which is much more effective if you take it soonest

i'd say it was a 'migraineous' episode

i lost feeling in my left arm once, and left side of body. 'twas tingly to start with. i though it was a stroke, had to go in ambulance to hosp. tests revealed it was a migraine.

Oh thanks everyone. I know this sounds daft but do you feel feverish with shingles? (like chicken pox)God I hope it aint that tho.
It has prob got a lot to do with the weather tho as it has been really bad here (LEICESTER) and I was "playing" in the snow yesterday.
