How do i collect a sample [blush]

I eventualy took myself to the gp today after a lot of poo problems, they have given me a sample pop as they think it may be a food intolerance.

How do i do the deed ? (without it being messy)

Put a pile of loo roll down, then poo.
Use the wee scoop thingy inside the specimine bottle to collect.

Oop, I should have said, put a load of loo roll down IN THE LOO!

Put an old ice cream carton in the loo, ie wedge it above the water. Do the deed. Use plastic cutlery to transfer a bit to the sample jar. Then chuck rest down loo and do not reuse ice cream container or cutlery!!!
