Any Optometrist out there please?

Ok so I had my eyes checked before xmas and they said my right eye is very slightly worse, my left eye is perfect.I do alot of riving and find myself squinting alot. My opticion also said I would benefit from tinted lenses as i squint at the sun alot when driving. Can i just go to any place with my prescription and find/ order glasses I like?

This is what my prescription says.

Right, SHP, +0.25, CYL 0.50, AXIS 180

Yes, you can go anywhere with the prescription!
The left is Plano, which means zero.

Tbh, it is a very small prescription. In most cases if a patient of mine had a prescription like that I would usually advise that glasses would be of little benefit but it can depend on a few different factors. For example if you have large pupils the blurring in the right eye would be worse than if you had small pupils.
