What officially counts as diarrhoea?

As far as 48hr rule concerned (in an adult - if that matters)

Softer than usual, small amounts more regulalry than usual?

Not actually watery though...

I would say sounds like an "upset stomach", but the official definition from NHS direct is: "Diarrhoea is the passing of watery stools more than three times a day."

Well it is more than 3 times a day...but not watery..so I guess I am fit to go to work....

Depends if it is an "inconvenience" at work as well I suppose.

Thing is I don't want it to be seen as an excuse because of the snow IYSWIM.

I went in today...and when we were told we could leave early I was first to leave...
