I've tried ; reading, radio, tea, hot choc, baths, Kalms, Nightol...

I'm bit stressed but not terribly.

I'm up for two or three hours every night.

Any tips ? I'm considering acupuncture.

mine seems to be habit after 8 yrs of broken nights with dc. No advice, I'm afraid, but hope someone sensible comes along soon...

[But i did read somewhere that checking emails - and i suppose mn comes into that category - is really bad for switching off the brain to get back to sleep. So why am I still here?!]
