Could I have a tummy bug that is causing excessive wind?

Or am I just a Mrs Parpy Pants - it is getting really bad.

If I don't eat I am fine but as soon as I eat anything I start parping and it is very pongy and a bit off putting for DH!

Could I perhaps have a bug? Have thought about starving myself for a few days to see if it clears but thought would ask you wise ladies and gentlemen first?

I have had this for three days with stomach cramps and nausea. I don't know if it's a bug or the weekends Chinese that has done this. I want improvement now
