Hi. I used to have severe Bulimia in my twenties and it has gradually gotten better and manage to stop altogether when I became pregnant with my DD. I wanted to be a good model for my DD but since having more responsibilities at work recently I started to use it as stress reliever when my DH and DC aren't home. I would really like to stop and just like to write here whenever I have the urge and hope some people here will support me and point me to the right direction! Thank you for listening! )

Hi

It is very good that you realise that you use bulimia as a stress reliever. Can you not work on reducing your stress levels and responsibilities a little?
