Have I ruptured my scar?

Help! Before my doctor laughs me away, has anyone ever irritated/ruptured their scar through exercise?
DD2 born by c-section 22 months ago and I have been on a fitness mission for the last 2 weeks. Over the last couple of days I've been experiencing bouts of extreme pain in my scar...Anyone been through anything similar?

Definitely get it checked out, but it could also be adhesions - bits that stuck together that shouldn't have being pulled apart again by your muscles working

I used to get pain like contractions if I over did things or needed the loo, I've been told by others who've had a section it's normal. Does that help?

thanks for your replies - yes it has ached in the past but nothing like this - I know lots of people who ended up on the slab but none with long term effects? think I need to chance the doctor...
