Any other symptoms? When did it start happening? How old is he? Predominantly right side?

EachPeachPearMum · 18/01/2009 21:49

Tinker- he has had this since childhood- just like his reynauds, probably about aged 11. Same on both sides AFAIK.

It was just something I was looking at earlier about a different condition which said sudden laughter/sneezing etc could trigger an attack. Just idly thinking aloud

EachPeachPearMum · 18/01/2009 23:22

oh- what condition?
He also has had problems this year with his hands/wrists, and they are investigating the bits of the arm where the nerves go through (can't rememebr the name, I'm sorry- 39 weeks pg, and brain has gone!) as they think the nerve bundles may be inflamed, and too tight in the 'holes' IYSWIM.

Is that neuralgia? Carpal tunnel? No, this was a condition someone I know had which I think your husband would know about - lots of really head-splitting headaches, complete numbness all the time in hands, especially right hand

EachPeachPearMum · 19/01/2009 19:57

Nope- no headaches!

The specialist cannot find what is wrong with DH unfortunately. Electrical tests didn't prove anything, so they might think it's just overwork (he is a programmer).
