Anyone any idea as to why I've got them or how to treat them?
Have had them since sunday - about 5 at once - as one goes another pops up in a diferent location and although they're tiny they're really painful and putting me off eating and drinking and even keeping me awake.
Nevr had them before - and they're not anywhere else in my mouth - just my tongue. I'd like to stop myself getting them agian too...
