My perineum gets very sore during and after sex. Its onmly become this bad after having baby no2. I had 1st dgree tears in both deliverys so no stitches but the problem seems to have worsened making sex in most positions quite painful. Even without doing it, it gets sore just randomly. Has anyone else experienced this. Baby is now 6 months so its been a while since childbirth..any advice?
