Gorgeous shoes for insoles

I have been recently given a pair of 3/4 in soles for my poor old feet. THey support my arches and spread my metertarsels. (sp?) as I have a mortons neuroma. Anyway I am looking for nice shoes that these could fit in. Maybe with removeable insoles themselves. Oh and they have to be nice. I don't want to be old before my time. Any help would be appreciated.

Just had a look. Do you use these? Do you use your own insole? If so can you only by the ones with removable insoles?
