oral thrush asthma

Do any asthmatics at there who use steroid inhalers have a problem with sore throat, oral thrush despite rinsing after use?

Funnily enough I was in the pharmacy today reading an info sheet about asthma. Apparently you should use a spacer to limit the chance of oral thrush.

I haven't had a problem so far. I eat a lot of live yoghurt - maybe that helps?
